The High Commission of India is pleased to inform that the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board is organizing the Regional Tourism Conclave from 29-30 August 2025 in Gwalior. The two-day event serves as a curtain raiser to the grand celebration of the Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart in October 2025 in Bhopal.

2. The event aims to bring together an esteemed gathering of national and international stakeholders from the tourism industry, including travel agents, tour operators, destination marketing companies and media representatives who will be given a brief overview of the State’s tourism potential. It will feature networking sessions, cultural performances, panel discussions, and business meetings, offering participants an excellent platform to connect and collaborate. Post event, delegates will be hosted on an exclusive Familiarization (FAM) Tour across prominent destinations in the region, allowing them to experience first-hand the rich cultural heritage, wildlife, and tourism potential of the state.
