What an incredibly inspiring day!

The High Commission of India, Accra, together with Art of Living Ghana, had the privilege of hosting a special yoga pre-event for the upcoming 11th International Day of Yoga at Power Hour International School, Accra.

It was truly heartwarming to see so many bright young minds embrace the peace and power of yoga. We believe that by touching these young hearts, we are sowing seeds of wellness, mindfulness, and inner strength right here in the heart of Ghana. Their energy was infectious, and their enthusiasm was a testament to the universal appeal of yoga.

This session was more than just poses; it was about empowering the next generation to find balance, calm, and joy within themselves. A huge thank you to the students and faculty of Power Hour International School for their wonderful participation. Let's continue to spread the light of yoga far and wide!
