Yoga at the Presbyterian Cluster of Schools, Osu

The High Commission of India in Accra, in partnership with Art of Living Ghana, organized a wonderful yoga session at the Presbyterian Cluster of Schools in Osu!

It was inspiring to see so many enthusiastic students participate, guided by the excellent Ms. Sapna Lalwani. Their energy and smiles truly lit up the session! We believe in promoting holistic well-being and the ancient practice of yoga offers immense benefits for both mind and body.

A big thank you to the Presbyterian Cluster of Schools for hosting us for the second year in a row and to all the students for their active involvement! Let's continue to embrace health and harmony.
