This year’s edition aims to deliberate upon the latest trends reshaping the real estate landscape, focussing on Flexible Office Spaces, PropTech and Warehousing. From the rapid growth of tech-enabled logistics hubs to the mainstreaming of hybrid workplaces and smart buildings, the conclave will explore how innovation and adaptability are driving the next chapter of commercial real estate. It also intends to serve as a platform for convergence of key stakeholders from Government, Private Sector and Research Institutes for brainstorming and exchange of ideas.
