20th CII India Africa Business Conclave

CII in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, is organising the 20th edition of the flagship CII India Africa Business Conclave, scheduled from 27 - 29 August 2025 at Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi.

Since its inception in 2005, the CII Africa Conclave has emerged as one of the largest congregations of senior ministers, policymakers, and business leaders from Africa and India, cutting across sectors. Over the last 19th editions, the Conclave has hosted over 20,000 delegates and 540+ ministers, including several African heads of state.

This 20th edition of the Conclave will focus on emerging opportunities in Information & Communication Technology, Sustainability & Climate, Agriculture & Food Processing,  Defence, Banking & Finance, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing & Mining, Infrastructure, Power & Energy, Education & Skill Development, and more.

The Conclave is shaping up well.

• South Africa has confirmed as Country Partner .
• Cameroon, South Sudan, and Zimbabwe have confirmed to be the Focus Country.
• Vice Presidents of South Sudan and Zimbabwe have confirmed participation.
• Dr. S. Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister , and Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, have confirmed to be the Chief Guests at the Conclave.
• 15 Ministers from 11 African countries (Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Eswatini, Gabon, Guinea, Liberia, Mauritius, Somalia, South Africa ) have also confirmed participation with more to confirm in coming weeks.
• Over 700 delegates registered from 47 Countries.
