Yoga with the Volta Regional Coordinating Council

Description: We were delighted to partner with the Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) for the second consecutive year, bringing a special yoga session to the Volta Regional Minister's Residence with the help of instructors from the Art of Living, Ghana! A big thank you to the VRCC for graciously hosting us again as we build up to the 11th International Yoga Day.

The energy was incredible, with the Volta Regional Minister himself leading by example alongside many senior officers. Their active participation and the palpable enthusiasm of all attendees made for a truly memorable session. It was especially encouraging to hear participants express a keen interest in continuing their yoga journey with regular sessions throughout the year. This feedback is invaluable, and we're excited to see the seeds of wellness taking root so deeply in Volta!.
