The Seventh International Solar Alliance (ISA) Regional Committee Meeting (RCM) | 02 – 04.09.2025

The Seventh International Solar Alliance (ISA) Regional Committee Meeting (RCM) of Africa Region was held in Accra during 2-4 September 2025 which was organized by ISA in collaboration with the Government of the Republic of Ghana. The Meeting was attended by representatives from over 70 countries/institutions including 19 Ministerial level delegations from the Africa Region. The deliberations during this RCM concluded with the hope that these will contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future, creating pathways toward universal energy access across the continent. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony on 2nd September 2025, High Commissioner Gupta emphasized that India’s visionary concept of "One Sun, One World, One Grid" resonates deeply with the aspirations of many nations in the Global South, particularly those in Africa and Asia.
